Sugar Mill with a sugarcane crushing capacity of 2500 TPD-The Corporate debtor as a, “Going Concern” on “As is where is basis”, “As is what is basis”, “Whatever there is basis” and “Without any recourse basis” as per Regulation 32(e) of the IBBI Liquidation Regulation, 2016, with fixed deposit of Rs. 9.50 Crores and without any liabilities.

Company as a Going Concern, and assets include Land and Buildings, Plant & Machinery and Financial Assets.
