26 Sep 2024: Consequent upon completion of tenure of Mr Sudhakar Shulka as WTM in IBBI, approval of the Competent authority is hereby conveyed for the reconstitution of Disciplinary Committees (DCs) as under: -

  • Disciplinary Committee 1: Shri Ravi Mital, Chairperson
  • Disciplinary Committee 2: Shri Ravi Mital, Chairperson and Shri Jayanti Prasad, WTM

21 Aug 2024: In furtherance to this office order No. 16/2024 dated 8th April 2024, the Competent authority has decided to constitute one more Disciplinary Committees (DC). The list of all DCs are as: -

01 Nov 2023: In furtherance to this office order No. 54/2022 dated 2nd September 2022, the Competent authority has decided to constitute two more Disciplinary Committees (DC). The list of all DCs are as: -

02 Sep 2022: In pursuance to the provisions of Sec. 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the following Disciplinary Committees are constituted w.e.f 02.09.2022:

  • Disciplinary Committee 1: Shri Ravi Mital, Chairperson
  • Disciplinary Committee 2: Shri Sudhaker Shukla, Whole-time Member
  • Disciplinary Committee 3: Shri Jayanti Prasad, Whole-time Member

01 Apr 2022: In pursuance to the provisions of Sec. 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the following Disciplinary Committees are constituted w.e.f 01.04.2022:

  • Disciplinary Committee 1: Shri Ravi Mital, Chairperson
  • Disciplinary Committee 2: Shri Sudhaker Shukla, Whole-time Member
However, matters pending as on 01.04.2022 shall be disposed off by the erstwhile Disciplinary Committee.

 

15 Jun 2020: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. (Ms.) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f. 15.06.2020, till further orders.

17 Oct 2018: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. Navrang Saini, Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f. 17.10.2018, till further orders. However the show cause notices issued till the date shall be disposed of by the erstwhile Disciplinary Committee.

09 Apr 2018: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is reconstituted to comprise of two members w.e.f. 09.04.2018, till further orders.

     a) Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson/ Mrs. Suman Saxena, Whole Time Member

     b) Dr. (Ms.) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, Whole Time Member

23 Aug 2017: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. (Ms.) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f. 23.08.2017, till further orders.

1 Feb 2017: The Disciplinary Committee under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
