Option 1- CD as a going concern as per regulation 32(e) read with Regulation 32A of Liquidation regulations. Option 2- Plant and machinery on a standalone basis. Option 3- Land and Building on a standalone basis. It is clarified that if the e-auction for Assets in Option 1 (Block A), i.e., the sale of entire Corporate Debtor as a going concern, succeeds, the e-auction of all assets in Option 2 and Option 3 will not be taken up.
