Land & Building A plot of land admeasuring 2380 sq. mtr. located at E- 68, MIDC Shiroli Kolhapur, Maharashtra- 416122 is a leasehold land obtained from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation from 29.03.1988 for a lease period of 95 years. A factory building is constructed on the leasehold land. The built-up area as per the Building Completion Certificate is 657.93 sq. mtr. Plant and Machinery Corporate Debtor holds machinery such as Induction Furnace, moulding machine, core making machine, grinder machine, welding machine, electrical installations, miscellaneous lab equipment, etc. Security and Financial Assets This consists of shares held by a co-operative Bank which is not a listed company and security deposits for power connection, water connection, telephone connection, etc.
