Assignment of all the rights in the avoidance applications under Sections 43, 45, 50 and 66 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed and pending adjudication before the Hon’ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench, vide IA No. 751/2025 and the rights in Comp App (AT) (CH) (Ins) No 428/2025 pending before Hon’ble NCLAT, Chennai Bench, on “as is where is”, “as is what is”, “whatever there is” and “no recourse basis”.
