Kindly note, Block 2 shall come into effect only in case there is no eligible EOI for Block 1. In such a case, the EOI for Block 2 shall be considered as void ab initio and the EMD, if received shall be refunded after receipt of performance bank guarantee from the successful bidder of Block 1.
