Option-A – Sale of undertaking as a whole in slump sale under Regulation 32(b) with respect to the Corporate Debtor Shree Ganesh Stamping Pvt. Ltd.

The primary objective was to attempt sale of the Corporate Debtor as a going concern. The present auction is being conducted for sale of the assets on a standalone basis. The first auction will focus on the going concern sale, and if it is unsuccessful, the second auction for the assets on standalone basis will be conducted on the next day at the same time. In the event the first auction is successful, the second auction shall stand cancelled.

LOT 1: Sale of Corporate Debtor as a Going concern . (Note: As per the recent amendments by IBBI of amending the regulation and omitting Regulation 32(e) & 32A of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulation 2016 , the Sale as Going Concern has been omitted “Prospectively”, which will not affect the ongoing liquidation process of companies as on the amendment date that have already resolved to liquidate the CD as a going concern. Hence, considering the amendment to be prospective, the Sale as Going Concern of the CD is considered in the current auction accordingly.)
