FICCI, in association with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong, organised a Roadshow in Hong Kong from 24th to 26th April 2019 on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code - A New Paradigm for Stressed Assets, The Roadshow included a half-day Conference, which shared progress in implementation of the Code and emerging investment opportunities in stressed assets in India, followed by meetings of prospective stakeholders of the Indian insolvency regime with focused groups of potential investors and professional firms. The Conference was inaugurated by Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson IBBI and other dignitaries who addressed the Conference included: Ms. Mrinalini Srivastava, Acting Consul General of India in Hong Kong; Ms. Anshula Kant, Managing Director, SBI and Ms. Jyoti Vij, Dy. Secretary General, FICCI.
