IIIP ICAI organised a Conference on the theme ‘Overcoming emerging challenges under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 – preparing Insolvency Professionals and Insolvency Professional Agencies’ on 16th June 2023. The Conference had panel discussions on ‘Preparing IPs and IPAs for future’ and ‘Addressing current challenges and preparing for futuristic changes in IBC’. Shri L. N. Gupta, Hon’ble Member (Technical), NCLT Delhi was the Chief Guest at the Conference. Other dignitaries included Ms. Anita Shah Akella, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Shri Ashwini Kumar Tewari, Managing Director (Risk, Compliance & SARG), SBI, CA G. C. Misra, Chairman, Committee IBC - ICAI, Dr. Ashok Haldia, Chairman, IIIP ICAI. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) joined the Conference. Shri Santosh Kumar Shukla, Executive Director, represented IBBI as the Guest Speaker. Shri Shiv Anant Shanker, Chief General Manager, IBBI and Shri Manish Kumar Chaudhari, Chief General Manager, IBBI participated in the panel discussions of the conference.
