As part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) organised the 24th Basic Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, registered with IBBI, on 29th November, 2021, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised six sessions covering, Sale as a Going Concern under IBC; Running the CD as a Going Concern; Interim Finance; Platform for Distressed Assets; Promoting effective cooperation between CoC and IP; and dealing with issues of noncooperation. Mr. Manish Chaudhary, CGM, IBBI delivered the introductory remarks. The speakers included Mr. B. Sankaranarayanan, GM, IBBI; Mr. Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, MD, NESL; Mr. Ashok Kumar, Group Manager, Mjunction; Mr. Sanjiv Pandey, DGM, State Bank of India; Mr. Ashish Makhija, Mr. Sanjeev Ahuja, and Mr. Avil Jerome Menezes, Insolvency Professionals.
