The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organised a webinar on the topic “Interface of the SEBI's (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and IBC, 2016”, on 22nd July 2021. The webinar was organised to discuss the obligations of the Resolution Professionals, to facilitate compliance and disclosure requirements,, by companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) LODR Regulations, 2015. The Webinar featured the welcome address by Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, Whole Time Member, IBBI. Other eminent speakers included Dr. Gopal Krishnan Iyer, Head (Broker Supervision, Membership Compliance and Investor Services), BSE Ltd.; Ms. Dipti Atul Mehta, Insolvency Professional; and Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, Executive Director, IBBI.
