The Board organised the 23rd Basic Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, registered with IBBI, on 13th July, 2021, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised five sessions covering, IBC Ecosystem and Regulatory Framework; IBC and Evolving Jurisprudence, CIRP Process and Emerging Challenges, Role of Information Utilities in CIRP and Liquidation Process, Review of Avoidance Transactions, and Valuation in the IBC: An Overview. Dr. Navrang Saini, WTM, IBBI delivered the inaugural address. The speakers included Mr. Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, Chief General Manager, IBBI; Mr. R. Raghavendran, Insolvency Professional; Shri P. Sankar Head-Relationships, NeSL; Ms. Sripriya Kumar Insolvency Professional and Mr. Sahil Narula, Registered Valuer. The workshop was well appreciated by participants. Mr Santosh Kumar Shukla , Executive Director in his concluding remarks expressed thanks to all speakers and participants.
