The Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India, National Law University Delhi, UNCITRAL, UNCC India, INSOL India, CTCL, among others, jointly organized an international symposium on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The theme of the symposium was "Insolvency resolutions, promoting entrepreneurship post the Pandemic". Present issues in insolvency law and practice like proceedings against guarantors, CIRP, resolution plans and avoidance transactions were discussed in detail. Dr. M. S.
