Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) In association with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organises National Colloquium on "Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process: Understanding Emerging Issues and Challenges" on 19th September, 2020. The colloquium had four technical sessions namely, Emerging Issues during procedure of CIRP, Regulatory & Institutional Challenges and Cross-Border Insolvency, Contemporary Issues under IBC and COVID 19 & IBC.Mr. Injeti Srinivas, Chairman, International Financial Services Centre Authority; Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, Whole Time Member, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India; Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Director, GNLU; Prof. (Dr.) Mamata Biswal, Dean, Academics and Faculty Affairs, GNLU and Mr. Ajay Bahl, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, AZB & Partners addressed the participants in the colloquium.
