Shri Ashutosh Mishra was appointed as ex-officio Member in the Governing Board of IBBI as a representative of the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India. With experience of more than 29 years in Central Government, Shri Mishra has held several important positions including the Post of Joint Secretary & Legal Adviser in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice. He belongs to Legal Adviser Service cadre of Indian Legal Service. He is looking after the legal advice work of several Ministries/Departments of Government of India.
He holds a Masters in Management Studies Degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar and LL.M Degree from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
He is presently a Member of the Governing Body and Council of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) as Government of India nominee.
