The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) had launched a series of Workshops, for senior officers of the major scheduled commercial banks (financial creditors), to develop an understanding of the role of and expectations from the Committee of Creditors (CoC) under the Code and to ensure that the CoC discharges its statutory duties and responsibilities with utmost care and diligence. One such Workshop was organised with the officers of Canara Bank on 15th November 2025 in Bangalore. The Workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Bhushan Kumar Sinha, WTM IBBI.
