5	Operational creditors (Workmen)									View File	The Tea Gardens' workers' claim delay submission has been condoned by the Hon'ble NCLT vide order dated 30.06.21. The representative of the workers is the incumbent leader of the unregistered workers' union of the CD supported by Paschim Banga Khet Majdoor Society. The claim of Rs. 41,75,63,91,436 is submitted in respect of 58,618 workers and for following tea gardens viz. Dumchipara, Garganda, Lankapara, Birpara, Bagracote, Demdima, Hantapara, Killcott Tulsipara and Nagaisuree. The RP found some discrepancies in the claim form and proof of claim submitted along with the claim form and the same conveyed to the claimant. Further, the RP asked to provide the garden wise claim of the workers. The claimant submitted the garden wise claim as follows: Dumchipara - Rs. 174,12,87,834 Garganda - Rs. 139,74,84,610 Lankapara - Rs. 405,17,36,888 Birpara - Rs. 239,05,65,173 Bagracote - Rs. 220,86,12,736 Hantapara - Rs. 257,42,01,009 Killcott - Rs. 26,13,78,480 Tulsipara - Rs. 65,28,97,830 Nagaisuree - Rs. 10,95,25,680 Total - Rs. 15,38,76,90,240 The RP found discrepancies in the calculation of the claim amount between the compiled claim and garden wise claim. Further discrepancies/shortfall of evidence document intimated to the claimant. Hence, sought clarification/document from the claimant to proceed with verification of claim.
6	Operational creditors (Employees)									NA	The above claims are considered and are based on the claims made by the Employees and Workmen to the extent verified from the documents provided to us. Further, the difference between claims received and claims provisionally admitted is on account of either deficiencies in claims and the documents attached therewith or are pending on account of explanation being sought from the creditors and/or the suspended Directors of the Board. This list would be updated on the basis of Financial Statements, once audited, and clarification(s) received and /or other claims received over a period of time as prescribed in IBC, 2016 and subject to upward and downward revision subsequently to the additional information, evidence and relevant documents.
