I was chairperson of the Branch Loan Sanctioning Committee which involved conducting of regular Credit meetings in a smooth manner , taking the members along in all decisions by addressing the valid concerns of members on proposals , I was a member in the Loan Sanctioning Committee at regional Level and contributed by giving valid inputs for decision making . I represented the Bank in all state level meetings held by Reserve Bank of India, State Level Bankers Committee and State Governements. As Branch Manager of Specialised Asset Recovery Branch in Hyderabad Region , I was responsible for managing the delinquent portfolio of the entire Hyderabad Region covering states of Telangana , Andhra Pradesh , Karnataka , Chhatisgarh , Orissa . My team was successful in resolving many NPA cases by meeting up with the borrowers , sensitising them of the implications of remaining in NPA category . Wherever , that strategy did not work , we kept the legal pressure to the maximum by regular coordination with advocate which also helped in generation of one time settlement proposals and optimum recovery through negotation. We were successful in protecting and preserving the Banks secured assets. It involved focused follow up by our team with legal and recovery interventions including takeover of assets under SARFAESI and putting them to auction to recover banks dues. I was the authorised officer under SARFAESI and I performed multiple roles with smooth integration to ensure optimum utilisation of Limited resources , achieve recovery targets through delegation of work , monitoring performance of subordinates and keeping up their morale for improved performance .

As Team Head in Direct Finance at Chennai , I lead the team for generating business proposals by disseminating information of banks schemes among MSME Entrepreneurs ,Industry Association and mobilise bankable proposals . Innovative strategies were adopted in this endeavour .
