The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is celebrating its Ninth Annual Day on 1st October 2025. Shri Harsh Malhotra, Hon’ble Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, and Justice Ashok Bhushan, Hon’ble Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, will grace the occasion as the Guest of Honour. The event will also feature Special Addresses by Smt. Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Shri M. Nagaraju, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance.
