The IBBI organised four dedicated workshops for Insolvency Professionals (IPs) on 20th August 2025 through online mode. The primary objective of these workshops was to enhance the knowledge base and professional capacity of IPs by providing them with a deeper understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2025. The sessions focused on sensitizing IPs about the key amendments proposed in the Bill, their implications for ongoing and future insolvency resolution processes, and the critical role of IPs in ensuring compliance with the Code. The workshops also aimed to reiterate the responsibilities and professional standards expected of IPs, thereby promoting good governance, accountability, and effective resolution outcomes under the IBC framework. Through these interactive workshops, IBBI seeks to facilitate meaningful dialogue, address queries from participants, and strengthen the capacity of IPs to discharge their statutory duties efficiently and in line with the evolving regulatory landscape.
