The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) had launched a series of Workshops, for senior officers of the major scheduled commercial banks (financial creditors), to develop an understanding of the role of and expectations from the Committee of Creditors (CoC) under the Code and to ensure that the CoC discharges its statutory duties and responsibilities with utmost care and diligence. One such Workshop was organised with the officers of State Bank of India on 18th July 2025 in New Delhi. The workshop commenced with an address by Mr. Jithesh John, Executive Director, IBBI, and was followed by an insightful presentation by Ms. Ajanta Gupta, Consultant, IBBI.
