The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) organised a training programme for the officers of the Board on Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors (PG to CD) on 28th August 2024 in New Delhi. The agenda of the sessions included overview of the insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings against personal guarantors and practical aspects and evolving jurisprudence of PG to CD cases. The eminent speakers for the sessions included Mr. Sushanta Kumar Das, DGM, IBBI and Mr. Jayesh Sanghrajka, Insolvency Professional.
