11th Advanced Workshop for Insolvency Professionals on

Insolvency of Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors and Sale as Going Concern under IBC, 2016

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is conducting a one-day Advanced Workshop on Insolvency of Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors and Sale as Going Concern under IBC, 2016, on 25th June, 2021 (Friday), in virtual mode, for the Insolvency Professionals, who are registered with IBBI and who have attended at least one Basic Workshop in the past.

The Advanced Workshop aims at delivering specialised and deep level learning through virtual mode. The workshop will cover in detail, the valuation issues related under the Code.

Since the number of seats available for the Workshop are limited, the intake of the participants shall be on first come first serve basis and is limited to 100, as per IBBIs Continuing Professional Education Guidelines, 2020.
