A Workshop and an interactive Q & A session on the topic “Right to Information”, was conducted by the IBBI for all its officers on Wednesday, 27th October 2021 in compliance of section 26 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) in hybrid mode with appropriate COVID protocols. Shri Suresh Chandra, Information Commissioner, Central Information Commission (CIC), the Guest Speaker, explained the provisions of the RTI Act referring to case laws bringing clarity to the role of public authority in disseminating information in transparent and efficient manner to serve the objectives of the RTI Act. Queries raised by the officers was duly addressed during the session.
