A training session on the topic “Understanding RTI”, was conducted by the IBBI for all its officers on Wednesday, 15th May, 2019. Dr. Sunita H. Khurana, Director, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management, was invited to conduct the session and to discuss the rationale behind the RTI Act, 2005 and implementation of the same by the public authorities. Queries raised by the officers regarding the various provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 was also addressed during the session.
