Cash & Cash equivalents (Cash in hand, Cash at bank and other fixed deposits). ii. Any assets or their value recovered through proceedings for avoidance of transactions in accordance Chapter-III of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 iii. Certain pending litigations, details of which shall be provided in the data room. iv. Any due amount realized from any contributory to the corporate debtor towards uncalled capital and / or unpaid capital contribution (including share premium thereon).
