Sale of the assets of the Corporate debtor as a, “Going Concern” on “As is where is basis”, “As is what is basis”, “Whatever there is basis” and “Without any recourse basis” (without liabilities) as per Regulation 32(e) of the IBBI Liquidation Regulation, 2016.

LOT- 4 Sale of Corporate Debtor as Going Concern along with all assets including Securities & Financial Assets (excluding cash/ bank balances over and above Rs 10.00 Lakhs. Margin Money is part of Cash and Bank Balance. And Other than assets as mentioned in Lot 2 and Lot 3). Bidder need to replace of all the Existing Bank Guarantees issued by PNB;
