The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) jointly with the State Bank of India organised one-day Workshop on “Committee of Creditors: An Institution of Public Trust” on 24th August, 2019 at Gurugram, Haryana. This is the fourth Workshop in the series being organised for the benefit of financial creditors who comprise Committee of Creditors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. A total of 23 senior bankers (General Managers, Executive Directors, MDs) from the major scheduled commercial banks participated in the Workshop. The faculty included Dr. M. S. Sahoo (Chairperson, IBBI), Mr. Sunil Mehta (MD & CEO, Punjab National Bank), Ms. Anshula Kant (MD, SARC, State Bank of India), Mr. Anuj Jain (Partner, KPMG), Mr. Piyush Mishra (Partner, AZB), Mr. Shailendra Ajmera (Partner, EY), Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal (Partner, PwC), Mr. Uday Khare (Partner, CAM) and Mr. Vijay Kumar V. Iyer (Partner, Deloitte).
