Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in association with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) organized a half-day awareness program on IBC, 2016: Its applicability and impact on Power Sector on 29th May, 2019 at CERC, New Delhi. Officers of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) attended the program. Mr. Anil Goel, Insolvency Professional and Mr. Rajesh Samson, Insolvency Professional delivered presentations during the session and interacted with the participants. This was followed by question and answer session in which the speakers clarified various issues raised by the participants. The Chairperson, CERC found the session very useful and appreciated the efforts of IBBI.
