The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), in association with Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDNASS), Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India, Delhi conducted a two-days Workshop on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from 24th to 25th August, 2023. The objective of the workshop was to apprise and update the Group 'A' officers (PF Commissioners) of the EPFO about the critical conceptual and procedural aspects of the IBC proceedings to enhance their legal understanding and empower them to act judiciously and effectively.
