The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), in association with Confederation of Indian Industry organised a Conference on ' Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code' on Thursday, 13th April 2023, at Silver Oak, India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. Chairperson, IBBI was the Chief Guest at the event. In the conference, WTM(SS) chaired the Plenary session on ‘Reforms to strengthen processes under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code’ and ED(SG) chaired the Plenary session on ‘Pre-pack Insolvency and Cross border insolvency mechanism’.
