The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in association with FCDO UK organised a virtual session on “UK out of court administration process”, for the benefit of IBBI officers on 27th March 2023. The objective of the session was to understand the out of court insolvency resolution process in UK and the practices followed by various stakeholders.
