The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) organised the 27th Basic Workshop for the Insolvency Professionals on 21st March 2023 through online mode. The Workshop was organised for the IPs who had not earlier undertaken a Basic Workshop. The topics discussed during the workshop were IBC ecosystem & regulatory framework, Information Utility, Corporate Insolvency resolution process, liquidation process, IBC & evolving jurisprudence, issues in monitoring of IPs, and ethics & code of conduct for IPs
