Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and the Centre Valuation Studies, Research and Training Association (CVSRTA) jointly organized a ‘National Valuation Symposium ‘on 23rd February, 2019 at Ahmedabad. A large number of registered valuers and other stakeholders from across the country participated in the symposium. While inaugurating the symposium, Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson, IBBI said: “Registered Valuers’ Organizations and Registered Valuers are being watched very closely by the stakeholders. Their conduct and performance would determine the future of the profession. They have a collective responsibility to build and preserve the reputation of the fledgling valuation profession and to nurture it, with respect for values, to make the valuation profession the most valued profession.”
