As part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) organised the 13th Advanced Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, on 30th November, 2021, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised four sessions covering IBC Ecosystem and Regulatory Framework including Sale as a Going Concern under IBC; Platform for Distressed Assets; Duties of IP w.r.t. Avoidance Applications and Maintenance of Records of Assignments; and a case study on Sale as a Going Concern under IBC. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, CGM, IBBI delivered the introductory remarks. The speakers included Mr. Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, MD, NESL; Mr. Ashok Kumar, Group Manager, Mjunction; Mr. Vijaykumar V. Iyer, Mr. Sripatham Venkatasubramainan Ramkumar and Mr. Sumit Binani, Insolvency Professionals.
