The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organised the 3rd webinar in a series of webinars on the topic “Interface of the SEBI's (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and IBC, 2016”, on 5th August 2021. The webinar was organised to discuss the obligations of the Resolution Professionals, to facilitate compliance and disclosure requirements, by companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) LODR Regulations, 2015. The Webinar featured the welcome address by Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, Whole Time Member, IBBI. Other eminent speakers included Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, Executive Director, IBBI; Mr. Jeevan Sonparote, Chief General Manager, SEBI and Mr. Amit Gupta, Insolvency Professional.
