The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organised the 11th Advanced Workshop, for Insolvency Professionals on virtual platform, on 25th June, 2021. The Workshop comprised four sessions covering, Insolvency Resolution Process and Bankruptcy Process of Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors, Sale as Going Concern in Liquidation under IBC – Overview and Evolving Jurisprudence with respect to Personal Guarantor to Corporate Debtor. The speakers included Mr. Amit Gupta; Ms. Kalpana G and Mr. Vinod Kothari, Insolvency Professionals. The inaugural address was delivered by Mr. Santosh Shukla, ED, IBBI.
