The Board organised the 21st Basic Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, registered with IBBI, on 13th May, 2021, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised five sessions covering, IBC Ecosystem and Regulatory Framework; CIRP under IBC; Liquidation under IBC; Introduction to Pre-Packaged insolvency process; and Valuation under IBC. Dr. Anuradha Guru, Executive Director, IBBI delivered the inaugural address. The speakers included Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Chief General Manager, IBBI; Ms. Mamta Binani, Insolvency Professional; Mr. G. P. Madaan Insolvency Professional; Mr. Ashish Makhija, Insolvency Professional and Mr. Sahil Narula, Registered Valuer.
