Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organised the 19th Basic Workshop, for Insolvency Professionals on virtual platform, on 17th March, 2021. The Workshop comprised five sessions covering, IBC Ecosystem and Regulatory Framework; Information Utility – Important pillar of IBC Ecosystem; IBC and Emerging Jurisprudence; CIRP under IBC and Liquidation under IBC. Dr. Anuradha Guru, Executive Director, IBBI delivered the inaugural address. The speakers included Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Chief General Manager, IBBI; Shri P. Sankar, Head-Relationships, NeSL and Mr. Ashish Makhija, Ms. Mamta Binani and Mr. Anup Kumar Singh, Insolvency Professionals
