The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016 came into force 29th November, 2016. In accordance with these Regulations, the Board commenced issuing certificates of registration to IPs. Shri Tapan Ray, Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, handed over certificates of registration to 18 Insolvency Professionals enrolled by insolvency professional agencies and registered with the Board.
