The Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India, Indian Instute of Corporate Affairs(IICA) and all three Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) jointly organized a two day e-Professional Development Programme on Professional Ethics and Regulaons on Code of Conduct for insolvency professionals registered with IBBI.The programme aimed to improve understanding of professional ethics and its applicaon by Insolvency Professionals through case studies; and facilitating discussion related to the conduct of Insolvency Professionals in relation to integrity, objecvity and due care. The recent order/cases decided on professional ethics and code of conduct were also discussed. Mr. K. R. Saji Kumar, Executive Director, IBBI; Mr. James Pickering QC and Head of Enterprise Chambers, UK; Dr. Lézelle Jacobs, University of Wolverhampton; Dr. S K Gupta : CEO, IPA of ICAI (Cost); Ms. Poonam Shukla, Deputy Director, ICSI IIP; and Mr. Pulkit Deora, Advocate addressed the participants.
