Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, in association with the Press Relations & Information Division of the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Affairs, organised a Virtual Seminar on 18th August, 2020 on ‘IBC - For Journalists’ for the sole purpose of education and awareness to explain the provisions of the Code, its rationale and approach. The seminar had five sessions namely, Big Picture and Four Year Journey, IBC Ecosystem, Corporate Insolvency Processes, Myths and Outcomes and Recent Changes and Way Forward. Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson, IBBI; Dr. Navrang Saini, Whole Time Member, IBBI; Mr. K. R. Saji Kumar, Executive Director, IBBI; Mr. Pawan K. Kumar, Executive Director, IBBI; Dr. Anuradha Guru, Executive Director, IBBI; and Mr. Methil Unnikrishnan, General Manager, IBBI addressed the participants.
