The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in association with Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam organised a Awareness Programme on "The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016”. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, (Whole Time Member, IBBI), and the Welcome Address was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) S. Surya Prakash, (Vice Chancellor DSNLU).The other Speakers at the Awareness Programme included Mr. (CA) Amit Gupta, (Insolvency Professional) , Mr. (CS) Amit Gupta, (Insolvency Professional), Ms. Pooja Bahry, Insolvency Professional and Mr. MadhusudanSharma, (Insolvency Professional).
