The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India organised a Webinar on case study of successful resolution of M/s. Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. The Webinar featured special address by Dr. M. S. Sahoo (Chairperson, IBBI). The other speakers at the Seminar included Dr. Binoy J. Kattadiyil (Managing Director, ICSI IIP), Mr. Shailendra Ajmera (Insolvency Professional) (RP in the case of Ruchi Soya Industries ltd.), Mr. Satwinder Singh (Insolvency Professional), and Mr. K. R. Saji Kumar (Executive Director, IBBI). The Webinar included a detailed discussion on the corporate insolvency resolution process of the M/s.
